Warranty Terms
- Provide the original invoice to our showrooms or contact us from the same mobile number or email registered in the website invoice for online orders.
- The warranty does not include misuse of the product or any breakage in the product after the assembly process is completed
- The warranty does not include any damage to the product due to poor installation and failure to follow the installation instructions correctly
- The warranty includes the hydraulic piston gas only in the event of non-function and does not include breakage for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase (delivery fees are not included)
The customer is not entitled to claim any compensation from Kada Britain Trading Company for any shortage or any broken part in the product unless there is a complete video proving the opening of the product from the beginning for all parts of the product.
It is required to send a video proving the condition of the defect to receive approval to send the replacement piston for free (delivery fees are not included)
Return and exchange policy
To benefit from the return, exchange and warranty services, the original invoice or order number and the mobile phone for the purchase from the website must be brought
The product must be in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging and has never been used or benefited from
Return within 3 days and exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product
Any product shipped to the customer after requesting installation service with Auto, Flow Express or Aramex will not be returned.

SAR/package) and the return shipment refund value of (100 per package) in addition to electronic payment commissions in the event of canceling the order and returning the shipment after completing the order execution and shipping process.
- The customer bears all return costs to the company's address (Riyadh) if the product is received and the product is not in violation of the order after creating a support ticket from the link below
Support tickets
Payments are refunded after deducting the electronic payment channel payment fees and the return shipping value of (100 SAR/package) and the return shipment refund value of (100 per package) even if the shipping price in the order is reduced or free in the order invoice.
- The remaining payments are refunded within 7 working days after the company receives the product and ensures that it is in its original condition and with the same packaging according to the appropriate refund method.
- If it is proven that the customer received a product that does not meet the specifications or colors mentioned on the Chair Leaders store website or the customer's invoice, the store bears all costs of returning the product and refunding the customer's full amount according to the appropriate refund method.
- Products manufactured to customer specifications will not be returned
Statement of calculating the electronic channel payment fees as follows:

The user bears responsibility for all risks associated with his use of Leaders Chairs products, including any risk or damage to the user due to misuse of the products, as Leaders does not bear any legal responsibility towards this.
