At Leaders Chairs, we are committed to providing high-quality products that guarantee long-lasting comfort. To benefit from the warranty, please review the following terms:
Eligibility Requirements
• The original invoice from our showrooms is required, or you can contact us using the same mobile number or email address registered on your online order invoice.
• The warranty does not cover any misuse or breakage of the product after assembly or opening.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation or failure to follow the installation instructions correctly.
• The warranty covers the hydraulic piston gas for office chairs only, in case of malfunction (excluding breakage), for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
⚠️ Note: The warranty does not include delivery fees.
Proof of Condition
• The customer is not entitled to compensation for any missing or broken part without a video recording from the moment the product was opened, clearly showing all its parts.
How to Benefit from the Warranty
• If a defect is confirmed, please contact us via the website's WhatsApp.
• A video demonstrating the defect must be submitted for approval and to receive a free replacement piston (delivery fees are excluded).

Return and Exchange Policy
At Leaders Chairs, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a flexible and clear return and exchange policy:
General Terms
• The original invoice or order number and the mobile number used in the purchase must be provided.
• The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and unused.
• Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Any product shipped with installation or that has been installed but is not in its original packaging will not be returned.

Return and Shipping Costs
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as follows:
• 100 (one way) per package.
• 100 (return) per package.
• Electronic payment fees apply in case of cancellation after shipment.
• If the product is received and does not differ from the order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to the company's address (Riyadh) after contacting them via WhatsApp on the website.
• A refund will be issued, after deducting the electronic payment fees and round-trip shipping costs, within 7 business days of receiving the product and verifying its original condition.

Cases of Non-Compliant Products
• If the customer receives a product that does not match the specifications or color stated on the Leaders Chairs website, the company will bear all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
• Products manufactured to the customer's specifications cannot be returned.

Electronic Payment Channel Fees
The electronic payment channel fees are calculated as follows:
- Mada - 2.5% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay) - 4% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
- Installment payments for Tabi/Tamara/MISPAY/Madfou3/Imkan - 10% of the invoice or order value within 14 business days
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method or as deemed appropriate by the company to ensure prompt processing.
