Order Cancellation Terms
Order cancellation is not accepted if the shipping process is completed or the order execution process is completed
The amount will be refunded to the customer's account immediately after completing the process of deducting the electronic channel payment fees within a maximum period of 7 working days if the order is not executed and shipped.
In the event that the order is executed and shipped and the customer does not receive the order, the shipment will be refunded and the payments will be refunded after deducting the bank fees and the value of shipping the product paid for in the order (100 riyals per package) and the value of returning the shipment (100 riyals per package) even if the shipping price in the order is lower than that or free in the order invoice.
Statement of calculating the electronic channel payment fees as follows:
- Mada - STC Pay at 2.5% of the invoice value throw 7 Working Day
- Credit cards (Visa - MasterCard) at 4% of the invoice value throw74 Working Day
- Payment of Tabby / Tamara / MISPAY / EMKAN installments at 10% of the invoice value throw 14 Working Day

The method of refunding the amount depends on the payment method you used when purchasing the item or as the company deems appropriate.
