Order Cancellation and Refund PolicyBefore Processing or Shipping
Canceling the order: You can cancel the order by contacting us via the website’s WhatsApp.
Refund: If the order has not been processed or shipped, the full amount will be refunded after deducting the electronic channel fees below, within 7 business days.
After Processing or Shipping
Order cancellation is not accepted after shipping or processing.
If the customer does not receive the order after shipping:
- The shipment will be returned to Leaders’ warehouses.
- The refund will be processed after deducting:
- 100 shipping fee (outbound) per package.
- 100 return shipping fee (inbound) per package.
- Bank fees or electronic channel fees as detailed below.
⚠️ Note:
If free or discounted shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost will be charged as outlined above.
Electronic Channel Fees
- Mada: 2.5% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days.
- Credit Cards (Visa - MasterCard - STC Pay): 4% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days.
- Installment Payments (Tabby / Tamara / MISPAY / Madfooat / Emkan): 10% of the invoice or order value within 14 business days.
Important Note
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase or by any method deemed appropriate by the company to ensure fast processing and a secure procedure.
