Orders are processed throughout the week except for Fridays and Saturdays sometimes and official holidays and Eid holidays within 24 working hours
Orders received after 12 noon during the weekdays are sometimes postponed for processing the next day
Orders received on Thursday after 12 noon are sometimes postponed for processing until the following Sunday
The shipping policy is issued according to the mobile number registered when completing the order and is not automatically modified if it is modified in the customer's account except after contacting us by email at [email protected]
The shipping and delivery value is calculated using mathematical algorithms based on the weights of the products
All orders from the online store are shipped to the customer directly from the warehouse by our approved shipping companies and cannot be received from the branches

It is not possible to set specific delivery dates with delivery companies due to the large sizes and their special delivery vehicles.
Spare parts are not included in the installation
Shipping to all cities and governorates of the Kingdom. Note (Delivery is to the customer's building or home location and does not include ascending to offices or inside residential or office buildings and floors)
The shipment will be attempted to be delivered twice, then the shipment will be returned in the event of non-receipt, no response to the contact number, or an incorrect address that does not belong to the selected city.
The shipping or delivery process takes as indicated by the selected shipping company.
In the event that the customer does not receive the shipment by postponing the receipt time or not responding to the delivery representative's call, the delivery will be rescheduled for a new period or returned to the source
We provide free installation service only at the Riyadh branch
Note:
(Leaders) has the full right to cancel any order and refund payments to the customer using the same payment method in the event that the area address is not available correctly or the required product is not available.
(Leaders) has the full right to package its products as it deems appropriate and ensures the quality of the products reaching its customers with the best quality and in the fastest time.
The customer shall bear all costs of returning the shipment (100 riyals per package) in addition to the shipping value paid in the order (100 riyals per package) even if the shipping is free or reduced in the order invoice in the event that the shipment is not received due to the city or delivery area not being clearly stated correctly or the address or contact being entered incorrectly or the product not being received or the mobile number being changed after completing the shipping process without contacting us and receiving approval to modify or cancel the order after completing the shipping process or in the event of a desire to change the requested product after completing the shipping process and the remaining payments are refunded to the customer's account in the appropriate manner for the company when the company receives the returned product.
The customer shall bear all costs of returning or retrieving the shipment and bank payment commissions in the event that the order is cancelled and the shipment is returned after completing the order execution process.
In the event that the order is executed and shipped and the customer does not receive the order, the shipment will be refunded and the payments will be refunded after deducting the electronic channel payment fees and the value of shipping the product paid in the order (100 riyals per package) and the value of returning the shipment (100 riyals per package) even if the shipping price in the order is reduced or free in the order invoice.
Fridays, Saturdays, official holidays and Eid holidays are not considered working days
