2. Can I try the chair products before purchasing?

Yes, we have samples available for trial at our Riyadh branch only for most chair products before purchasing.


3. I'm outside Riyadh, can I order and try the product, and return it if I don't like it?

All images on the website are real and high-quality. Products are shipped from the Riyadh warehouse after inspection.

⚠️ Note: We apologize for not accepting returns for any product that has been assembled or used, as per our return policy.

4. Does the warranty cover chair products?

Yes, the warranty covers the hydraulic gas piston for 6 months for lifting and lowering the chair.

⚠️ Does not cover damage due to misuse.

5. Do you send a technician for chair assembly?

Assembly is available only at our Riyadh branch.


6. Do the chairs raise and lower?

Yes, all swivel chairs are designed to raise and lower using the hydraulic piston.


7. What is the difference between the (X) and (T) chair categories for gaming and office chairs?

(X) Category: Larger than the (T) category in terms of size and weight, according to the product description.


8. Which material is better for chairs, leather or velvet, in terms of sweating and heat?

Velvet is better than leather as it prevents sweating and offers more comfort compared to leather chairs.


9. Can gaming chairs be used for long working hours?

Yes, the chairs are designed with Dunlop soft foam, which is rebound-resistant, ensuring comfort for more than 8 working hours without fatigue.


10. Can I recline or tilt to 170 degrees in gaming chairs?

️ Yes, this feature is available in the (X) and (T) models or Boss and LEGEND chairs.


11. What are the most comfortable office chairs you offer?

All chairs are comfortable and manufactured with high-quality specifications that suit users in Saudi Arabia. The choice depends on the product features and design.


12. When will the product be available?

You can click on "Notify me when available" to receive an alert when the product is back in stock.


13. I placed an order. When will the product arrive, and how can I track my order?

Delivery: Within 1-4 business days, and delivery time increases by 1-3 business days if the assembly service is added inside the carton.

Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via text message within two business days or can be tracked from the customer's order page.

14. Do I need to pay any additional fees not shown in the product price?

All prices on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping cost is calculated in the cart based on items and location, with no additional fees beyond the total invoice amount at checkout.

15. I added a product to the cart, but when I tried to order, it was unavailable?

⚠️ We do not guarantee the continuous availability of products, so we recommend completing the order as soon as the product is available.

After using any office or gaming chair for a long period, you should:

  • Tighten the screws and nuts of the product.
  • Lubricate and grease the moving mechanical parts for optimal performance.

20. Do you deliver to Saudi Arabia? Yes, delivery is available to all cities and regions within Saudi Arabia.


21. Are the prices inclusive of delivery within Saudi Arabia?

Shipping cost is calculated using algorithms based on the weight of the products, unless there is a free shipping offer available.

25. We are a company and need an invoice with a tax number.

If you are a company or institution, you can register the tax data yourself by entering the company or institution name instead of the first name and the tax number instead of the last name before completing the order.
