Order cancellation and refund conditions
Before processing or shipping
• You can cancel your order by contacting us via WhatsApp on the website.
• If the order is not fulfilled or shipped, a full refund will be issued, minus the electronic channel fees listed below, within 7 business days.
After Fulfillment or Shipment
• Order cancellations are not accepted after shipment or fulfillment.
• If the customer does not receive the order after shipment, the shipment will be returned to Leaders Warehouses, and the refund will be issued after deducting:
• 100 shipping fee (one way) per package.
• 100 return shipping fee (return) per package.
• Bank fees or electronic channel fees as shown below.

If shipping is free or discounted on the order, the actual cost will be calculated as shown above.

Electronic Channel Fees
- Mada - 2.5% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, STC Pay) - 4% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
- Installment Payments for Tabi/Tamara/MISPAY/Madfou3/Imkan - 10% of the invoice or order value within 14 business days
Important Note:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, or any other method the company deems appropriate to ensure a fast and secure return process.
