First: Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 business hours, seven days a week.
Friday, Saturday, and official holidays are not considered business days.
⏳ Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the following day.
️ Orders received on Thursdays after 12:00 PM will be processed the following Sunday.

Second: Shipping Information and Customer Information
The shipping information is issued based on the mobile number registered during order placement and the national address registered by the customer, which cannot be changed after order placement.
If the mobile number is changed after order placement, it will not be updated with the shipping company, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Third: Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the weight of the products and the distance.
All orders are shipped directly from the warehouse via approved shipping companies.
Orders cannot be picked up from showroom branches.

Fourth: Shipment Tracking and Delivery
Shipment Tracking: The customer can track the shipment status through the Orders page in their account on the website.
Shipment Delivery: The delivery company will attempt to deliver the shipment only twice.
⚠️ If there is no response or an incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
Delivery Timetable: A precise delivery time cannot be provided due to varying shipment sizes and the use of specialized transport vehicles.

Online orders do not include installation. Delivery is limited to the building or home location only; delivery to upper floors or offices is not permitted.
Friday, Saturday, official holidays, and public holidays are not considered working days.

Fifth: Shipping Time
⏳ Delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping company and the customer's location within the Kingdom.
If the customer postpones receiving the order or does not respond to the delivery representative: Delivery will be rescheduled only once, or the shipment will be returned to the sender.

Leaders reserves the right to cancel any order and refund payments to the original payment method if the requested product is unavailable.
The company reserves the right to package products in a manner that ensures their safety during shipping.

Return Fees
If the shipment is not received or the order is canceled after shipment, the customer will be responsible for the following:
One-way shipping fee (100 per package).
Return shipment fee (100 per package).
Even if shipping was free or discounted on the original invoice.
Bank channel fees will be deducted according to the payment method used, as detailed below.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer after the company's warehouses receive the returned product.

Statement of Electronic Channel Payment Fees:
Mada: 2.5% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay): 4% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
Installment Payments (Tabi/Tamara/MISPAY/Madfou3/Imkan): 10% of the invoice or order value within 14 business days
